The management team at CoAMS brings a breadth and depth of experience that is
truly unique. Their experience and thought leadership allows the company to
continually meet and exceed client expectations. Key members of the management
team include:
Hank Riner
Chief Executive Officer
Hank Riner joined CoAMS as CEO in January 2006. Hank brings over twenty five
years of experience in marketing and business outsourcing services to CoAMS.
For the past eight years Hank was CEO of SourceLink, the fifth largest direct
marketing services provider in North America. While at SourceLink, Hank led the
successful design, implementation, and analysis of marketing programs for
companies such as BMW, Sears, Siemens, The Limited, General Motors and Bank of
America. Prior to SourceLink, Hank was CEO of ProQuest Information and
Learning, the provider of the largest database of proprietary published
literature in North America. In 1995 Hank led the successful launch of
ProQuest, the first search engine on the Internet. Throughout his career,
Hank’s focus has been consistent: listen to the customer and provide solutions
that exceed their expectations.
Nick James
Executive Vice President
Prior to joining CoAMS 13 years ago, Nick spent seven years as a Buyer and
Senior Buyer with two leading retail firms. He moved to the other side of the
desk spending 10 years in various sales management positions at the Oster
Division of Sunbeam Corp.
Nick started his work in the trade promotion industry through a consulting
engagement with a leading trade management firm. It was only a short time later
that he joined CoAMS.
Nick’s extensive background and experience with both retail and manufacturing
companies have contributed to a very high level of regard in the industry. He
has published numerous articles on trade promotion programs, has spoken
regularly to a wide variety of industry and trade associations along with
regular guest lectures at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University
and the Krannert School of Business at Purdue University. Nick has also
consulted with numerous companies in a variety of industries on numerous
initiatives related to their trade programs.
Sammy Mynes
Vice President – Client Service
Sammy joined CoAMS after graduating from Purdue University with a Marketing
Degree and has been with the company for over ten years. During that time, he
has led many of CoAMS' most important client relationships. This experience has
enabled him to develop very broad and deep knowledge of the industry and our
clients. In his current role, Sammy directs all account teams and is one of
CoAMS' key contacts with Senior Management at our clients. His fresh
perspective, leadership skills and hands-on client service approach set the
tone for his entire team.
Don Gabouer
Controller
Don Gabouer joined CoAMS in October 2006. Don has over 20 years of experience
in finance and accounting. Prior to joining CoAMS, Don served as Controller for
Insight Product Development, developing financial systems and processes to
support their growth. Earlier in his career, Don held senior financial
leadership positions at Century 21 Dabbs Corporation and Coe-Truman
Technologies. Don’s financial experience with high growth professional services
firms are a benefit to CoAMS as our business continues to grow significantly in
the future.
