continually meet and exceed client expectations. Key members of the management
team include:
Sammy Mynes
Vice President – Client Service
Sammy joined NSI Marketing Services/CoAMS after graduating from Purdue University with a Marketing
Degree and has been with the company for over ten years. During that time, he
has led many of NSI Marketing Services/CoAMS' most important client relationships. This experience has
enabled him to develop very broad and deep knowledge of the industry and our
clients. In his current role, Sammy directs all account teams and is one of
NSI Marketing Services/CoAMS' key contacts with Senior Management at our clients. His fresh
perspective, leadership skills and hands-on client service approach set the
tone for his entire team.
Jamie Curulewski
Director of Business & Technical Planning, PMP
Jamie joined NSI Marketing Services/CoAMS in 1998 with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration
from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Jamie has worked closely with
many of our clients in the highly visible and influential roles of both Account Executive
and Client Service Director. His focus on High Tech programs led Jamie to enhance his
knowledge of Information Technology systems, and Jamie earned his
Project Management Professional Certificate in 2005. Today, Jamie acts as our
Director of Business and Technical Planning. In this unique role, Jamie can combine
these cross functional experiences to provide a big picture vision that helps align CS,
IT and customer goals. He has oversight responsibilities for the NSI Marketing Services/CoAMS IT group
in Chicago and assumes responsibility for IT project scheduling with Sales and
Client Services leads.
TJ North
Strategic Business Manager
After graduating from the University of Illinois, TJ joined CoAMS in 1999 as an account manager in our Client Services group.
Leveraging his experience with a wide variety of clients and program models, TJ moved into our IT group as a Business Analyst.
With 10 years of experience within the Trade Promotion space, TJ uses his experience to deliver and manage solutions that
consider the needs of all participants within a Trade Promotion Programs - manufacturers, partners, and vendors.
TJ’s current responsibilities include consultation with current and prospective clients on how best to design,
implement, and manage programs that benefit and motivate all interested parties. This approach aligns to
the NSI business philosophy of first considering program strategy then the supporting processes and the
technological tools that can be used in support of that strategy.
Sarah Larkin
HR Director
Sarah joined NSI Marketing Services/CoAMS in November of 2005. Sarah previously handled training and communication
at True Value Company world headquarters. Her Human Resources career began in talent management
and recruitment at a Chicago-based executive search firm where she focused on marketing and
advertising clients. Sarah’s career has led to a variety of roles in management, employee
relations, training and development. Sarah joined the Senior Management team in 2006 and has
focused on internal training through the development of NSI Marketing Services/CoAMS University, employee retention
and revamping the recruitment and on boarding processes. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science
degree from Marquette University.
Don Gabouer
Controller
Don Gabouer joined NSI Marketing Services/CoAMS in October 2006. Don has over 20 years of experience
in finance and accounting. Prior to joining NSI Marketing Services/CoAMS, Don served as Controller for
Insight Product Development, developing financial systems and processes to
support their growth. Earlier in his career, Don held senior financial
leadership positions at Century 21 Dabbs Corporation and Coe-Truman
Technologies. Don’s financial experience with high growth professional services
firms are a benefit to NSI Marketing Services/CoAMS as our business continues to grow significantly in
the future.
Shawn Ansted
Applications Development Manager
Prior to joining NSI Marketing Services/CoAMS in 2005, Shawn spent several years working
in a variety of technology roles across the United States. Much of his career has
been spent alternating among four primary roles: software development, Quality Assurance,
consultant, and management. Shawn continues to hone the process
to create solid custom solutions to client problems. Shawn currently manages the Applications Development
and Network Operations groups in Chicago.
